OUR ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS

Here are the steps that happen after you place an order with alloy-wheels-store:

  1. All online UK orders (confirmed addresses only) are processed through PayPal which allows to use major creditcards and bank account. We prefer Paypal because we want our customers to feel confident and peace of mind for creditcard number and details remain secure and private.

    We also can accept bank transfer and cheques.If you want to make a bank transfer or send a cheque,please contact us for our bank details and post address.
  2. Alloy wheels team will check your order. Any orders needing further clarification will receive a phone call and an email detailing any issues - like an address verification.
  3. Approved orders will be packed and readied for shipment the next business day.
  4. If a product is out of our stock, we will notify you by email or telephone.You have the right to cancel any out of stock orders before shipping.
  5. All domestic(UK) orders are shipped using the ParcelForce as our main carrier. For all international orders,we work with other carrier companies like UPS,TNT.

    • Please note that cheques and bank transfers will require up to 5 working days to clear. We will proceed with your order after the payment is cleared.
    • All orders shipped include Signature Confirmation and insurance.
    • Domestic deliveries take 2-3 days to arrive.
    • International deliveries normally take 5-7 days depending on the country.

    CORRECT INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER

    Incorrect postcodes, address details and other contact details can cause unnecessary delays in delivery of your order. Please make sure that all the details are correct on your order as Alloy-wheels-store cannot be responsible for any delay if they are delayed after following your instructions.

    Alloy-wheels-store cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors such as public holidays and/or postal strikes and other factors beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions which may occasionally cause delays.

    Packing slips

    All products are shipped with a packing slip. This includes the name, address, email address and phone number of the sender. These are useful for couriers or anyone else should the package be lost, misplaced or any other incident requiring someone to know the origin of the package.
