RETURNS & REFUNDS:
At alloy-wheels-store.com, we want our customers to be comfortable while shopping with us. We understand that occasionaly you may need to return the items for various reasons.
Please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I RETURN THE WHEELS AND GET A REFUND?
For any reason if you change your mind and want to return your alloy wheels, please let us know within 7 working days after you receive your order. We will need to receive notification of cancellation in writing so please send us an email before returning the items.
Please note that we will not accept returns if items:
-have been used
-have been fitted
-have been damaged
-have not returned to us in the same condition as customer received the product.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged goods. This includes the shipping costs to return the products to our store, as well as the cost to re-ship product to the customer for exchanges.
In order for us to process the refund, we need to receive the items in original condition with all tags and labels attached and packaged as by the manufacturer. Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for reference.
For returned items (in original condition), the customer will be a charged a 20% restocking fee.
WHEELS DID NOT FIT MY CAR, HOW CAN I RETURN THE WHEELS?
When we process your order, we double-check everything to make sure we are supplying the correct model,size and fitment.That is why your car details are very important. Please make sure you are providing the correct details on your car make,model and year.We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information being supplied by the buyer.
If the item is ordered incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible. Do not try to mount the wheels onto your car.
Once we receive the wheels in new condition, we will process refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged goods. This includes the shipping costs to return the products to our store, as well as the cost to re-ship product to the customer for exchanges. If we do not have the correct fitment in our stock, we will process refund. Please note Incorrectly ordered, or stock items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
When your order arrives, it is very important that you inspect the goods for damage immediately and before signing the delivery note.
In the event of receiving damaged parcels, contact us immediately with your order details and with an explanation of the problem! Although we have not experienced a damaged delivery so far, we are always prepared for the worst scenario.
We ship all items fully insured against shipping damages. If the parcels packaging is damaged on delivery please mark ‘damaged’ on the delivery note. Please be aware that packages marked ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted for a damage claim.
When you are contacting us about a damaged delivery, Please provide at least 2 pictures of the damaged parcels as this is required for us take the correct course of action. We will report the damage to the shipping company and schedule a reshipment. The items must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipping company will inspect and pick up the damaged parcels and return it to Alloy-wheels-store.com.
Alloy-wheels-store.com will issue your refund or replacement after we receive and inspect damaged items. All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
