A2:Yes,we are in contact with a few big names in UK.If you want to resell our wheels through your shop or website,please contact us and tell us about your business.With the information you provide,our management team will contact you as soon as the information is evaluated.

Q3:"Where are your wheels manufactured and do you provide any warranty?"

A3:Carre light alloy wheels are manufactured in TURKEY according to the European standarts.We have TUV,ISO and GOST international quality certificates.Yes,we provide 2 year manufacturer warranty on all our wheels.Please see our guarantee conditions

Q4:"I would like to purchase a new set of alloy wheels but i am not sure about the specifications of my car.Can you help me?"

A4:No problem.You can either go to FITMENT GUIDE to see your car's specifications.If you cannot find your model on the page,contact us with the following information: Make,model,manufacture year and tyre size.

Q5:"How long does it take to receive the order once payment is received?"

A5:Delivery period depends on the stock availability,the receiving of full payment and the destination where the wheels are shipped.For UK deliveries,we normally deliver in 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.International deliveries will take 5-7 days depending on the country.

Q6:"What methods of payment do you accept?"

A6:Our preferred payment method is Paypal so that you (as the buyer) and we (as the seller) have a peace of mind to have a secure,simple and fast transaction.We also accept cheques and bank transfer but please be aware that these methods require 5-10 days to clear.We will proceed with your order after the payment is received.For bank transfer and cheques,please contact us for our bank details and postal address.

Q7:"Are the prices on your website for 4 wheels? What else is included in the price?"

A7:Yes,the price you see on our website includes a set of brand new four alloy wheels,fitting kit (bolts and nuts) and a set of spigot rings (if required.)

Q8:"Do you ship to my country?What will be the delivery cost for Europe?"

A8:Yes,we ship orders throughout the UK and Europe.Overseas shipping costs vary between each country within Europe.Please contact us with details of the products you require.We will calculate the best value delivery price and reply with a quote.

Q9:"Where is your head office and warehouse in UK?"

A9:Our head-office and warehouse are in Southampton, Hampshire.All our wheels are in our warehouse which is very close to our head office.


Q10:"What are your hours of operation?"

A10:Our office is open from 8am to 5pm(Mon - Fri) and 9am - 5:30pm (Saturday).We also do weekend message checks for e-mails.

Q11:"Do you refurbish wheels?"

A11:No,we do not refurbish wheels and we would not recommend that.Repaired wheels may crush or break on your rims, due to possible accident. Do not have any repair on your rims, such as chipping, welding or straightening. Please do not use repaired rims and risk your life.

Q12:"How can i take care of my wheels?"

A12:Pay attention to protect surface of your rims from burn and shock factors (Welding machine, Jet cutter motor, etc.). To avoid twist and surface damage of your rim, do not drive your vehicle at high speed on roads with damaged surface, potholes or humps. For cleaning of your rims, do not use corrosive or scratching cleaning elements or acid, benzene, thinner or gas type solvents. Always clean your rims with clean water, soap or auto-shampoo and sponge or brush

Q13:"What is you return policy on wheels that are purchased at alloy-wheels-store.com?"

A13:If you need to return an item, please contact the customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unless the return is due to an error on the company's part, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable.Alloy-wheels-store will not accept unauthorized returns. NO EXCEPTIONS
